Summary
This study aims to find genetic differences that make some people with fatty liver disease develop severe liver damage or cancer. Researchers will analyze DNA from blood and liver tissue of 2880 adults with advanced disease and compare it to controls. The goal is to create better risk tests and identify new targets for future treatments.
