Summary
This study looked at whether a genicular nerve block (an injection near the knee nerves) can reduce pain and improve quality of life and joint position sense in people with chronic knee osteoarthritis. Forty adults aged 55-75 with moderate knee osteoarthritis took part. The goal was to see if this treatment helps with pain and daily function.
