Summary
This study looked at whether a numbing injection around knee nerves (genicular nerve block) can reduce pain and improve quality of life and joint position sense in people with chronic knee osteoarthritis. 40 adults aged 55-75 with moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if the block helps with pain and the ability to sense knee position.
