Summary
This early-stage trial tests a gene therapy called IPS101A in 6 people with advanced Parkinson's disease (stages 4-5) whose symptoms are not controlled by current medications. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers will also look for any signs that the treatment helps with movement and daily function.
