First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of combining an experimental drug (GDC-0084) with radiation therapy for people whose cancer has spread to the brain or its lining and who have a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation). The goal is to find the best dose that causes few side effects and to see if the combination helps control the disease. About 21 participants will be enrolled.
