NCT ID NCT06750562
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether interactive game-supported sleep hygiene training could improve sleep quality, menopausal symptoms, and quality of life in menopausal women. 82 women aged 40-60 with poor sleep took part. They received four sleep hygiene lessons paired with a digital game. The goal was to see if gamification makes learning stick and leads to real benefits.

interactive game-supported sleep hygiene training
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a fun, non-drug way to help menopausal women sleep better and feel better overall.
What could go wrong
This is a small, completed study with 82 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The effect depends on women having devices and staying engaged with the games.
