Summary

This study compares a new minimally invasive procedure called genicular artery embolization (GAE) to standard steroid injections for reducing knee pain from osteoarthritis. It was designed for adults over 40 whose knee pain hasn't improved with other treatments. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief and safety over a year.
