First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested whether foot reflexology—a type of focused foot massage—could help people with migraines feel less pain and fatigue and improve their daily life. 78 adults with migraines took part; half received 10 reflexology sessions over 5 weeks, while the other half continued their usual care. Researchers measured pain, fatigue, and quality of life before and after treatment to see if reflexology made a difference.
