First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether foot reflexology—a type of focused foot massage—could help people with migraines feel less pain and fatigue and have a better quality of life. 78 adults with migraines took part; half received 10 reflexology sessions over 5 weeks, while the other half continued their usual care. Results showed that adding reflexology to routine treatment may reduce pain and tiredness and improve daily well-being.
