Summary
This study tests whether a warm foot bath on the night of abdominal surgery can reduce pain, improve sleep, and increase comfort. Around 96 adults will be randomly assigned to receive a foot bath or standard care. Researchers will measure pain levels and sleep quality using simple questionnaires.
