Summary

This study aims to learn more about what causes food allergies and related conditions like eczema and eosinophilic esophagitis. Researchers will follow up to 1,800 people aged 2 to 99, including those with allergies, their relatives, and healthy volunteers, for up to 12 years. Participants provide samples like blood, skin, and genetic material to help identify biomarkers and pathways involved in these conditions.
