Summary

This study is looking at the biological and genetic reasons why some people develop food allergies and others outgrow them. Researchers will collect blood samples from up to 5,300 people, including those with food allergies, their family members, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand how the immune system reacts to foods and what factors lead to tolerance.
