Summary
This research study aims to understand why some people develop food allergies and others outgrow them. Researchers at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia will collect blood samples from 5,300 people (ages 1 month to 65 years) with and without food allergies to study immune cells and genetic factors. The goal is to uncover the molecular basis of food allergy and tolerance, which could lead to better treatments in the future.
