First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) capsules can help people with diarrhea and colitis caused by immune checkpoint inhibitor cancer treatment. About 20 adults with melanoma or kidney cancer will receive either FMT or placebo capsules alongside their standard care. The goal is to see if FMT can safely reduce diarrhea and help patients stop steroid use.
