Summary
This early-stage trial tests a fluorescent dye called panitumumab-IRDye800 that attaches to cancer cells. Before surgery, 30 adults with brain tumors will receive a single infusion of the dye. During their operation, a special camera will detect the dye's glow, helping surgeons distinguish tumor tissue from healthy brain. The study primarily checks safety and whether the dye improves tumor visibility.
