NCT ID NCT07240246
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement with plant extracts can boost natural appetite-regulating hormones in people with overweight or obesity. Forty adults took either the supplement or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measured hormone levels and asked about hunger and fullness. The goal was to see if the supplement could offer a gentler alternative to prescription weight-loss drugs.
