New supplement shows promise for fibromyalgia sufferers

Summary

This study tests whether a supplement called FibroThol (containing 2-Aticyto Complex and D-ribose) can help reduce pain and other symptoms in people with fibromyalgia. About 200 adults aged 18 to 65 who have had fibromyalgia for at least a year and are already on standard medications will take either the supplement or a placebo for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if adding this supplement provides extra relief beyond current treatments.
