NCT ID NCT07465991

First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a digital sleep therapy program (Sleepio) can improve quality of life and movement in adults with fibromyalgia who also have trouble sleeping. About 142 participants will use the program at home for 10 weeks or receive standard sleep advice. Researchers will track sleep, pain, mood, and physical activity over 6 months to see if better sleep leads to less fear of movement and more daily activity.
