First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding tizanidine (a muscle relaxant) to pregabalin (a standard pain drug) works better than pregabalin alone for fibromyalgia pain. About 164 adults with daily pain will be followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain and improves quality of life with fewer side effects.
