Summary

This study is testing whether fexofenadine, a common allergy medication, can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease who are already taking standard treatments. Researchers will add fexofenadine to existing medications to see if it helps with movement problems like slowness, stiffness, and tremors. The trial involves 46 participants aged 50+ with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms.
