Summary
This study is testing whether fexofenadine, a common allergy medication, can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease who are already on standard treatment. Researchers will enroll 46 adults aged 50 and older with mild to moderate Parkinson's. The main goal is to see if adding fexofenadine helps reduce symptoms like slowness, stiffness, and tremor.
