Summary

This study tests whether functional electrical stimulation (FES) therapy can improve arm, hand, and finger movement in people with spinal cord or peripheral nerve injuries. Researchers will use the MyndMove system to stimulate muscles while participants practice everyday tasks. The study enrolls 60 adults with recent or long-standing injuries, including those who have had nerve transfer surgery. The goal is to measure gains in dexterity, strength, and muscle control.
