Summary
This pilot study tests whether transplanting a man's own frozen testicular tissue, stored before childhood cancer treatment, can restore fertility. Twenty men with azoospermia (no sperm) who want children will undergo the procedure. Doctors will check if the graft produces sperm and if that sperm can be used for in vitro fertilization.
