Summary

This study is testing whether a fecal transplant from a carefully selected donor can reduce symptoms in people with moderate to severe IBS. The donor stool has low levels of certain proteins that may trigger IBS. 43 participants will receive the transplant during a colonoscopy and be followed for 12 weeks to see if their symptoms improve.
