Summary

This study tests whether transplanting gut bacteria from healthy donors can relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). 102 adults who haven't responded to at least three standard treatments will receive donor bacteria either in capsules or through a tube into the nose and gut once a month for three months. Researchers will track symptom changes, quality of life, and side effects for six months.
