First seen May 07, 2026 ยท Last updated May 07, 2026

Summary

This study aimed to see if tiny genetic particles in the blood, called extracellular RNA, could help diagnose liver cancer or other liver diseases. Researchers planned to enroll about 1,865 people with liver cancer, cirrhosis, or chronic liver disease. The goal was to find out if these blood markers could also predict how well treatment works or if cancer comes back after surgery.
