Summary

This study looks at whether getting advice from an expert helps doctors better manage severe bleeding in patients taking blood thinners. About 1000 adults will take part, and their care will follow either standard practice or include expert guidance. Researchers will compare how well bleeding is controlled and track complications over 3 months.
