First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study follows 200 people with Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis over one year to see how active they are. Participants use a smartphone app called Datos Health to track steps, workouts, and heart rate. A physical therapist sets personalized exercise goals. The goal is to learn about exercise habits and confidence, not to test a new treatment.
