First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looks at whether different amounts of exercise can help prevent colorectal polyps from coming back in people with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP). About 32 participants will follow a personalized treadmill program at home for 26 weeks. Researchers will take small tissue samples, blood, and stool before and after the exercise period to see how the body responds. The goal is to find the best exercise dose for future larger studies.
