Doctors test exercise to predict heart risks in breast cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT05036252
Summary
This study aims to understand how a special exercise test can help predict heart and lung function in women with HER2-positive breast cancer who are experiencing mild heart side effects from their treatment. Researchers will measure oxygen use during exercise in 23 participants who plan to continue their cancer therapy. The goal is to see if this test can help doctors monitor heart health during ongoing treatment.
