Summary
This study tests whether exercising to beat-accented music helps older adults with memory concerns stay active and improve thinking skills. Eighty participants aged 65+ will do strength and aerobic training for 6 months, some with music and some without. Researchers will track physical activity, enjoyment, and cognitive changes to see if music makes exercise more effective.
