Summary
This trial tests whether brief, teacher-led movement activities woven into the school day can boost physical activity, attention, and academic performance in children aged 10 to 12. Around 300 students in grades 5 and 6 across six primary schools in Spain will be randomly assigned to either the Break4Brain Evolution programme or usual classroom practice.
