First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise—moderate, vigorous, or short bursts—change inflammation levels in the body. Researchers want to see if exercise can help reduce the low-grade inflammation linked to obesity and heart disease. The study is recruiting 33 overweight but otherwise healthy adults aged 18 to 45 who do not exercise regularly.
