Summary

This study looks at whether different exercise approaches can reduce low back pain and improve daily function in people with idiopathic scoliosis. Researchers will measure changes in back muscle tissue thickness, pain levels, and quality of life. The study involves 30 participants aged 10 to 50 who have had low back pain for at least 3 months.
