Summary
This study tested two different exercise approaches in 34 people aged 11–24 with idiopathic scoliosis and chronic low back pain. Researchers measured changes in back muscle tissue thickness, pain levels, and daily function. The goal was to see which exercise method works better for reducing pain and improving movement.
