Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week progressive resistance exercise program can help reduce chronic pain in people with multiple sclerosis. 116 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a waitlist group receiving usual care. The goal is to see if exercise offers a drug-free way to manage pain and improve daily life.
