First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether 6 months of supervised aerobic exercise (like walking or cycling) can boost fitness, reduce brain damage, and improve memory in adults 65 and older with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's. Participants will exercise regularly, have memory tests, and get MRI brain scans over a year. The goal is to find the best exercise plan to help slow cognitive decline.
