Summary
This study looks at whether regular cardiovascular exercise (like walking, jogging, or cycling) can reduce the severity of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms in adults who currently have a sedentary lifestyle. Researchers will enroll 30 participants aged 18-60 with moderate-to-severe IBS. The goal is to see if adding structured endurance training can help ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
