Summary
This study looks at how different exercise programs (moderate continuous training or high-intensity interval training) combined with a diet plan affect appetite, blood sugar, and body fat in people with type 2 diabetes. 146 adults with diabetes or prediabetes and a BMI over 25 took part. The goal is to find the best combination of exercise and diet to improve health and appetite control.
