NCT ID NCT07299279

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-month home exercise program can improve thinking skills in people with Parkinson's disease who also have mild memory or attention problems. Researchers will compare exercisers to a sedentary group and measure changes in movement, mood, and blood markers of inflammation. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to protect the brain and delay dementia.
