First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-month home exercise program can help thinking skills in people with Parkinson's disease who also have mild memory or attention problems. About 150 adults aged 30–80 will either do moderate-to-vigorous aerobic exercise at home or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in thinking, movement, and blood markers of inflammation and brain health.
