Summary

This study looked at how different types of exercise change brain activity in 15 people with Parkinson's disease who have a brain pacemaker (deep brain stimulation). Participants cycled while off their medication, and researchers measured brain signals and movement skills. The goal was to understand why exercise helps improve motor function in Parkinson's.
