Summary
This study tests a new procedure using an endoscopic ultrasound to guide the injection of tiny particles into the spleen, reducing blood flow and lowering the risk of dangerous bleeding in people with liver cirrhosis. The goal is to see if this method is safer and more effective than traditional X-ray-guided treatments. About 50 adults with cirrhosis, low platelets, and a history of stomach bleeding will take part.
