Summary

This study tests a new procedure using an endoscopic ultrasound to guide the injection of tiny particles into the spleen, aiming to reduce bleeding risk in people with liver cirrhosis and low platelets. About 50 adults with cirrhosis and a history of stomach bleeding will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this method is safer and more effective than traditional X-ray-guided treatments.
