Summary

This study tests whether giving esketamine during breast cancer surgery can reduce severe depression and anxiety in 242 women. Participants have severe depressive symptoms before surgery and will receive either esketamine or a placebo during their operation. The goal is to see if this approach improves mood and sleep after surgery.
