First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a program where community health workers help adults with epilepsy who frequently visit the emergency room. Over 9 to 12 months, the health workers provide home visits and phone support to help with medication, seizure tracking, and connecting to doctors. The goal is to see if this support reduces emergency visits and improves seizure control and quality of life.
