Summary
This study tested a drug called enobosarm in 168 adults aged 60 and older who were already taking GLP-1 medications (like Wegovy or Ozempic) for weight management. The goal was to see if enobosarm could prevent muscle loss that often happens with weight loss. Participants received enobosarm or a placebo, and changes in muscle and fat were measured over about 6 months. The study is complete, and results will show whether enobosarm helps preserve lean body mass.
