Summary
This study tests different programs to help people at high risk for cancer—such as those with BRCA or Lynch syndrome, or cancer survivors—increase their physical activity and eat healthier. The goal is to see which approach works best for reducing cancer risk. About 337 participants will be involved, and the study focuses on changes in waist size as a key measure.
