NCT ID NCT05578300

First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study is tracking 350 adults with severe stroke caused by a blocked large artery in the brain. Researchers want to see how well a procedure called endovascular thrombectomy (which removes the clot) works in real-world hospitals across Asia-Pacific, not just in controlled clinical trials. The goal is to find ways to improve treatment speed, techniques, and patient outcomes.
