Summary
This study tests a new, non-surgical weight loss method called endoscopic Gastric Mucosal Ablation (GMA). It uses a thin tube and energy to remove a small layer of stomach tissue, which may help with weight loss. The study involves 15 adults with obesity (BMI 30-45) and follows them for 12 months to check safety and effectiveness.
