Immune cells armed with antibody take on pancreatic cancer

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment uses the patient's own blood cells, which are armed with a special antibody to target cancer cells. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and can slow or stop the cancer from growing. About 23 participants will receive multiple infusions over several weeks.
