This observational study is investigating whether certain blood markers and gut microorganisms can help identify people with chronic pancreatitis who are at higher risk of developing pancreatic cancer. Researchers will compare healthy individuals, those with chronic pancreatitis, and those with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer, tracking changes over time.
