Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a drug called efimosfermin alfa in 42 adults with liver scarring (cirrhosis) caused by fatty liver disease (MASH). Participants receive either the drug or a placebo as a shot under the skin. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves through the body.
