First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination treatment for a rare type of skin lymphoma called erythrodermic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The treatment combines a light-based blood therapy (ECP) with a targeted antibody drug (mogamulizumab) to kill cancer cells and boost the immune system. About 34 adults with advanced CTCL will participate to see if the combination improves response rates and controls the disease.
