Summary

This study is testing a new exercise program for people with knee osteoarthritis. The program uses a special machine to strengthen muscles during the lengthening phase of movement. Researchers want to see if this training helps people climb stairs more smoothly and safely, and reduces their risk of falling. The study will involve 60 adults aged 40 to 70.
