Backward-Pedaling bike could ease MS symptoms
NCT ID NCT07316764
Summary
This study is testing if a special type of cycling, called eccentric cycling, can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel better. Researchers will compare this new exercise to regular cycling to see which one is more effective at improving muscle strength, walking ability, fatigue, and overall quality of life. About 60 adults with MS will participate in a 12-week training program.
