NCT ID NCT07168967

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at how closely 97 adults with obesity followed the EAT-Lancet (Planetary Health) diet, and whether that related to their natural sleep-wake patterns (chronotype) and psychological well-being. Researchers measured body size, blood markers, and diet habits, and used questionnaires to assess chronotype and mental health. The goal was to better understand these connections, not to test a treatment.
